What we collect

When you use our quote form we collect your name, phone number, postcode, your preferred contact method, and — if you choose to give them — your email address and a description of the work. If you contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp or Facebook, we hold whatever you send us in that message.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out work you ask us to do. We do not sell your details, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Who else sees it

Our website is hosted by Netlify, and quote form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify Forms on our behalf. Email sent to us is held in Google’s Gmail. These providers only process your details so that we can receive your message.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, plus a reasonable period afterwards for our records. If you would like your details removed sooner, just ask.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers to fetch them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above and we’ll help. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
